Overview of Coaching Solution Services
One-on-one Coaching
Private, personalized coaching sessions that are usually conducted in-person, or via video call (Zoom, Skype, etc.). These sessions allow for deep, focused work on specific personal or professional goals. Generally, we would meet for 50 minutes once per week for a pre-determined number of weeks. Flexibility in scheduling longer sessions for those needing faster results can be discussed. We begin with you setting an overall goal to achieve during our time together, and then I guide you through identifying sub-goals, or steps. I serve as your support, provide guidance and insight, and can work with you to achieve a different mindset, way of thinking, different behavior, etc. Between weekly meetings the client would have sub-goals to work on. Progress is examined weekly, with celebrations for every victory along the way!

You will learn how coaching will work, and we will schedule our sessions together if we both deem us to be a good fit for partnering. If not a good fit, I can generally refer you to someone who may be a better fit than I.
Group Coaching
Occasionally, I will schedule either one or a series of group coaching events. These sessions are conducted with a small group of individuals who share common goals or challenges. This format fosters peer support, collective growth, and collaboration. In this discussion format you will gain insights, participate in exercises, and engage in group discussions. An advantage of group coaching is to utilize what others have learned along the way. Often we can learn more from each other, and the support from the group reinforces the idea that you are not alone in your efforts to self-improve.
Workshops or Master Classes
These can be one and done, or a series events over 6 or 8 weeks. They are on a specific topic, and more structured than group coaching. The role of the coach is to teach on topic, and assist the group as they put into action what they just learned. There are generally handouts for you to continue practicing something between events (kind of like homework!). Practice makes perfect when we are trying to learn new habits or skills!
